All ALO products are delivered with a warranty according to the general conditions valid for one year or 1800 operating hours, whichever come first. 


After the warranty period, ALO offer a service agreement for continuous
and preventive service in 3 different levels.
For New machines:
- First year free support during warranty period.
- Second year ½ price of Service Agreement.
- Third year Service Agreement at full price.
